We met with the leasing agents and with Ron in our corner we came away with much more than we could have gotten on our own. Having Zone Three behind us definitely benefited us in the loan process as well. Zone Three has a wonderful staff that is there to help every step of the way. With Zone Three’s assistance, we were able to open a store that looked and ran as good as, if not better than, the big corporate video stores. On October 22, 2005 we opened our doors for business. In addition to being very knowledgable in the Movie/Game rental market, Zone 3 Entertainment is also fun to work with. The entire staff that we have been friendly, helpful, interested in seeing us succeed and always do their best to help us learn our new business quickly.
From the very first stages of building our new business, Zone 3 was there to help us to understand all the steps that needed to be taken. As an example, they assisted us in evaluating our potential location, lease negotiations, and even came out to make a site visit to formulate his own opinions about traffic flow, parking convenience, and how big our store should be.
Once we purchased our package, Cole and Adam came out to our site to complete the buildout. They were friendly, funny, and a wonderful pair to work with. They worked quickly and efficiently to complete our store in just a few short days. Their expertise is unquestionable, and their sense of humor was a delight.
Alana and Chantal give us constant support learning our new computer systems, making suggestions of how much product a store of our size should purchase and are great at answering general questions. Chantal went beyond my expectations when she compiled a complete list of all the movies and video games were were to receive on her own time. The list was even broken down by category which was extremely helpful. Alana is always available to help us out of a jamb when we have questions that need to be answered immediately regarding software issues.
Shannon's help in the area of Marketing has been exceptional. She has many great ideas to offer to improve our business and give our customers a reason to come back. She has consistently given good advise and when we have our own ideas, she is great to listen to them and even improve on them.
Joe and I would like to thank all of Zone 3 Entertainment for their help in getting us to realize a personal dream of ours. To own and operate our own business where we make the rules, and we have the flexibility of offering our customers a warm, friendly environment to rent movies and games. We absolutely love our new store, we love our customers, and have made many, many new friends in the process. What could be better than that? Thank you Zone 3 you've exceeded our expectations.
