My husband and I began discussing opening a video store in May 2005. After searching the internet, I discovered Zone Three Entertainment. From my initial discussion with Ron Parker, I felt completely at ease. Not only is Ron knowledgeable about the video business, but more importantly, he is one of the most genuine and thoughtful people that I have ever met.
From our first meeting with Ron, we knew that we could trust him completely. He visited our area and gave us his input on our proposed location. We met with the leasing agents and with Ron in our corner we came away with much more than we could have gotten on our own. Having Zone Three behind us definitely benefited us in the loan process as well. Zone Three has a wonderful staff that is there to help every step of the way. With Zone Three’s assistance, we were able to open a store that looked and ran as good as, if not better than, the big corporate video stores. On October 22, 2005 we opened our doors for business.
There is no way possible that we could have done this without Zone Three Entertainment.
